I need two InDesign Documents, content is same in both documents and content changes should adapt from one to the other one, but I want to edit the style seperatly – is there any chance I can make it possible?
So two documents, same content, but different style.

You can do this using InDesign's Alternate Layout feature and both versions will be stored in the same InDesign file.
When you invoke the command to Create an Alternate Layout, be sure to enable Link Stories (so that the content is linked) and Copy Styles to a New Style Group (so that you can define the styles differently). You can also use the Content Collector tool to placed linked content into the second version. These are confusing features for those new to them, so
