Unable to customize printing on 2021

Hi tech support, 

I have came across a problem where I tried to print a document in ID and I am not able to customize the print. In the image below shows in highlight that customize is greyed out. 

Do you have any idea why is this.

It's usually recommended to print from a PDF produced from InDesign rather than printing from InDesign directly.
