Unable to drag & drop images within text frame through custom plugin

We have a custom plugin, we are using this plugin since Indesign CS4. We have an option to drag & drop images from this plugin pallet. With the latest CC2020 SDK, we have upd]graded our plugin & it works fine. But Drag & drop option not working within text frame. 

We didn't made any update to the code, the same option works fine till CC2019. Is there any known issue with CC2020 sdk for drag & drop?

did you ask the manufacturer if the plug in if their plug in supports CC2020? 

you said you been using the same plug in and you did not change the code, that is an issue since CC2020 had lots of flash based technology removed. maybe that plug in had somethign that is flash based?

Hi Jonathan,

We haev re-compiled the plugin code with latest SDK (CC2020) & we resolved other compilation issues, even we updated some depricated methods. But for drag & drop we didn't seen any update from adobe & it was working till CC2019 SDK.

Not sure did they made any change in "ProcessDragDropCommand" method.

Also when drag & drop the image, the mouse curser turns into "text (T)" inside the text fram and not placing/re-placing the image.
