Unable to export ALT tag to PDF using Indesign

I'm stuck.... tried everything to export my ALT tags to PDF.

I've entered the ALT tag in the correct window....

Choose them to be exported.... but now way any of the 288 tags come trough...

I even made a document with just ONE image, tagged it, exported it... no results in the accessibility check...

did you update to InDesign 2021 version 16.2.1.102 that was released today?

I can see a perhaps related fix of a bug:

ALT text for hyperlinks is incorrectly placed in Tagged PDF.
