Hoping someone can help as I'm desperate to access my work. Every time I go to open indesign i get an error that says:

"Unable to launch Adobe InDesign as you may not have sufficient permissions to access the preferences folders. Try deleting the preferences folders and then restart Adobe InDesign."

I have done this, restarted my computer, checked the caches folder, checked the permissions (made sure they are on read and write) and nothing seems to help. Can't even locate a live chat or live support line where someone can help me to figure out what the hell is going on and I'm getting extremely frustrated. I have attached a photo of the error. Screen Shot 2020-05-12 at 3.54.17 pm.png
