La première chose à faire est de réinitialiser les préférences. Il faut relancer l'application tout en appuyant simultanément sur Maj, Ctrl, Alt et Cmd jusqu'à l'apparition du message demandant confirmation.

Merci de votre rapide réponse !

Alors, lorsque je me connecte à mon pack Adobe, je peux avoir accès à Photoshop. En revanche, lorsque je télécharge et ouvre InDesign, la fenêtre s'affiche noire. J'ai bien évidemment, essayer de desinstaller et ré-installer l'application en vain. Mon application d'ailleurs peine à s'éteindre, je dois forcer via Utilities - Monitor Activity.

Je suis sur un MacBook Pro Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015
macOS Catalina version 10.15.7

En pj, l'état actuel d'InDesign. Aucun signal de plus et ce depuis plusieurs jours.

Merci, de votre aide, en espérant pouvoir y remédier bientôt en vue de mes examens !
