unable to Package my InDesign files

I am trying to package a file for Indesign. I am not able to complete the package. This is the message that I am getting:

"This file does not have an app associated with it for performing the action. Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the degault apps setting page".

I recently uninstalled WINRAR as they wanted me to subscribe with a monthly or annual fee. I understand that I should be able to use normal windows to Zip a file.

Do you have any idea what is wrong?

thank you

CS6 is not supported for Windows 10. If the program has been working correctly up until now then one of Windows 10's automatic updates may have created the issues that you are now having. It is not unusual that your unsupported software was working correctly when you went to bed last night and in the morning functions poorly, if at all, after the OS has run an update overnight. If you have a Creative Cloud subscription then your best bet

Hi Bill,

I have InDesign CS6. It is held in the Adobe Cloud.

I did go to Windows 10 Default Settings for Apps and I was missing a default picture viewer. I added it, and tried to package again, but I still receive the same error message.

thanks,
