Unable to publish a document in ePub / HTML / Publish to the Web.
Trying to advertise online using InDesign CC 2021 v16.0,
And receives an error message (Figure 4)
1. Click on:
digital publishing> publish online> And receives an error message <error # 503f: an unknown error occurred. retry after some time.

Try Windows > Interactive > Animation to produce your fly in.

If you still see the error message after you try uploading to Publish Online, then you may have an application corruption and resetting InDesign back to the factory defaults may resolve the issue.

please do as Derek said and choose fly in from left as your animation. i admit i have never used that option you selected.

what happens when you try that?

If you are going to reply "nothing works" only,  don't expect people to want to help you. 

we can only go by what you tells us.

Best of luck finding someone who will help, when you absolutely refuse to answer any questions, try anything, or do anything except tell us again and again what we already knew. I guess you may be new to forums, and have rather different expectations of what we can do.

Sorry in advance for my answer I am very upset by the fact that this has not been resolved.
Before I do a reset to all the settings of InDesign CC 2021 ?.

1.Is it possible to save all the settings of paragraph styles, InDesign CC 2021 ?.

2. Can I save all my settings in InDesign CC 2021 before resetting all settings in InDesign CC 2021 ?.
