Hello! I have been having this issue off and on for a while. Recently I called Apple Support and they had me reset my memory by holding some keys during a restart, that seemed to fix the issue sometimes but now I'm trying to save a final and it's doing the same thing. Export, Save, Save are both clickable but when I click them, nothing comes up. Save a Copy pinwheels but then nothing happens. This is only in InDesign, I was able to operate Photoshop yesterday with no problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I really do not want to have to restart my computer and lose all this work.

Hi there,

So sorry to hear about this trouble. I am hopeful that the issue is fixed by now. If not, could you please confirm if this issue is related to a specific document? Where the files are being saved/ exported (Network Drive/ System HDD/ Shared Folder on System /External HDD)?

You may try the steps shared on this page ( https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign/resolve-slow-performance-and-unexpected-behavior-of-indesign/td-p/11487287?page=1 ) and share your observations with us.
