Unable to select a frame

I am trying to make book cover but I can't select and move the mane frame. I move the objects or items on it.  Thank you

Sounds like it's on a master page. Try Ctrl+Shift clicking to release it.

If you're using someone else's template or design as a basis, it may be on a master page, or on a locked layer, or the frame itself may be locked.
