Indesign vs 15.0.2 x 64--Did an update about 4 hours ago March 11, 2020. Restarted computer. Our IT department cleaned preferences. Text selection and selection of boxes in general is still very slow. I hate these updates as they slow down production. Turned off type contextual controls. Still little improvement. Tried to call but Indesign rudely hung up on me after waiting for a person for a very long time.

Where the files are saved(Network Drive/ System HDD/ Shared Folder on System /External HDD)?
