Updating from CC 2014 Version of InDesign & Others

I have FINALLY upgraded my OS on my laptop. I'm on 10.13.6 High Sierra now. My MacBook Pro is a mid 2012 version. Do I need to update my Adobe programs ONE VERSION at a time or can I jump directly to the newest versions of InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop???

Go directly to the last version, all the more you will have access only to the 2 last versions (2020 and 2019)

BTW, that is an old machine and is very likely to be quite a slog with those applications.

All 2020 versions of Adobe products are now updated and working just fine. Old laptop and all.
