Updating multiple Indesign files

Good Afternoon, 

 

Is it possible to create a workflow between Acrobat and Indesign to facilitate automatic file updating?

 

For instance, I would like to create 5 large pdf files broken down into chapters.

A few of the chapters will be included in all 5 of the files and if I need to update one of those chapters, I would like it to automatically update in all 5 files.
