URGENT Review feature completely buggy (again!!!)

Hi! Someone from technical support available? Since the update to 16.0 the review feature is buggy: The review link leads to the cloud files, commentaries disappear. Working on Mac OS 10.15.7. I need help asap! It's a scientific document with hundreds of footnotes and days of work with dozens of review comments from the stakeholders.
