Hello All,
I am using the Data merge feature to set up some labels for consecutive numbering. My question is, is there a way to tell InDesign to for example I want Number 0001 - 0999 in the first column and 1000 - 1999 in the second etc?
So far I have not been able to find a way to do this.
To make the numbering, that has to be done outside of the Data Merge palette itself either using a script, spreadsheet or website. I have produced a video on that here: https://youtu.be/46kohf51v1I
The sequence of the numbering is a cut and stack sequence of numbering. I have a video that outlines a script that I've made that repurposes an already made database to support cut and stack sequences: https://youtu.be/YNbtRsMZVQI
