Placed PDF files with hyperlinks in ID.

After exporting the pages to Publish Online the links are dead.

 

It is possible to preserve the addresses?

No, a placed PDF is not imported with interactive features of any kind. It’s just pictures. You can’t assemble work this way. You can combine PDFs in Acrobat and post a resulting PDF.
