v15.1.2: bug (?), truncated paragraph

Hi,

editing an existing document which I created some weeks ago.

I have a text box with 2 columns. The title should span both columns. But each time I activate the option – German – "Absatzlayout: Spaltenspanne" I get the result with a "half cutted title" (s. screenshots).

After trying several things without success, in my last trial I have overwritten the last "paragraph sign by a paragraph sign" – and this strange error is gone.

Any ideas for this misconduct? Waiting for the next version of ID...?

Hmm, I do not have the file anymore.

danke für Deine Screenshots. Ich kann Dir sagen, was da schief läuft:

Dein Text ist mit Absatzschattierung ausgezeichnet, vermutlich Farbe [Papier] .

Du siehst bereits in Deinem Screenshot 003.png, dass Text aus Spalte 1 am rechten Rand nicht mehr sichtbar, also abgeschnitten ist. Weshalb? Weil vermutlich die Absatzschattierung des Textes aus der 2. Spalte diesen abschneidet:

Dein Problem hat also nicht direkt mit der Spaltenspanne zu tun.

Indirekt aber schon. Hab's mal nachgestellt:

Titel ohne Spaltenspanne.

Absatz 2 und Absatz 3 mit Absatzschattierung ausgezeichnet.

Titel nun mit Spaltenspanne.

Absatz 2 und Absatz 3 mit Absatzschattierung ausgezeichnet.

Die Absatzschattierung des zweiten Absatzes überdeckt nun den Text des ersten Absatzes:

Die Lösung wäre in Deinem Fall, auf die Absatzschattierung in Weiß zu verzichten.

Bei anderen Fällen wird das so nicht funktionieren. Ist 'ne echt "fiese" Falle…

Hallo Uwe,

entschuldige diese späte Reaktion. Doch gerade trat – quasi  "erstmals wieder" – das Problem erneut auf. Hatte das alte Dokument genommen, um eine neue Version zu erstellen.

Und  tatsächlich, Du hast recht. Es war ein Absatz-Rahmen aktiviert – allerdings "woher auch immer". Denn bis dato kannte ich diese Option noch gar nicht, habe ich wissentlich nie angewendet ...

Ist dies denn eine neue Funktion, die in einem der letzten Updates für CC hinzugekommen ist. Oder schon immer in CC vorhanden? Denn bis vor, hmm, vielleicht einem knappen Jahr – odern och knapper... -- hatte ich jahrelang an der CS6 festgehalten. Kann mich nicht entsinnen, dass es dort schon diese Option gab.

Und hatte gerade auch ein Screenvideo aufgenommen, das ich aber nun umsonst angefertigt hatte. Hätte ich also nur mal auf Dich gehört und nach dieser unbekannten Option gesucht 😞

Something surprising:

While you type in the first paragraph that is spanning All Columns, the paragraph shading of the second paragraph will not obscure the text of the paragraph you are typing in:
