Can anybody help with what must be a really simple issue?

I have an MP4 that I want to place in a magazine using the Publish Online server.

When i try to play the video in the published job it doesn't work.

Its a 1280px MP4 10.5mb.

I'm just using the place function in InDesign to add a video box to the page.

Thanks

Something to try: simplify the name of the video mp4 file. The current file contains a vertical line  |  and an apostrophe  ’

Not all browsers and versions of browsers will play video in a Publish Online file. If you can, provide a link to Pub Online file for forum users to verify.

I don't think its a browser issue. This first example from adobe works fine on my Safari and Chrome browsers.

The second example is a test page that i produced that won't work in any.

Does this happen with all videos or just this one?

Knew it would be something daft and simple. The file name had unusual characters in it.

I'd changed it 5 minutes before your suggestion but thanks.

And thanks Bob too, you prompted me try a couple of others to compare.
