I work in a team of designs, we work on magazine pages in Adobe Indesign, the pages are saved in my Creative Cloud files (Teams) and shared with the team. We have a system in place to make sure only one person has the files open at a time.
However, recently I've been getting conflicted copies/duplicate files appearing. These name the user on the file, but this user has never even opened these files. I've checked with her, she's our photographer so all she does is drop images into an images folder, she never opens the InDesign files.
And she finished her images over a week ago and hasn't been back on Creative Cloud since. So why am I getting these conflicted InDesign copies with her name on them?
