Cloud in the name is only strange word, means that you have some storage on Adobe servers. InDesign works classically, as always - you're need to install him on your PC.

There is no activation anymore. After buying you're need to login to your Adobe account once to have license through all installed soft from Adobe.

I don't sure here. In Russia NFP/EDU/Commerce licenses of Adobe CC you can buy only by 1/2/3 year payment.

Ask your reseller about your licensing directly, can you or not using NPF pricing and monthly payment.
