Where can I download InDesign CC 2018?

I don't see a download link when I click on Older Versions in the Creative Cloud Desktop app. And I only see CC 2015 and CC 2017 in the legacy downloads page:

to get the CC2018 and CC2019 version of Adobe Creative Cloud Apps.
