Hi Ganesh,

why do you think that text should not reflow if you untag it?

One simple reason could be: You opened the document of a previous version of InDesign.

Text will not reflow until you change something.

Hi Uwe

The file that i am currently working is same version of InDesign file only.  After the Final pages has been approved I am doing some validation in InDesign for that purpose I am untag the XML in that cases my output must be same so there should no reflow. I don't know the reason for reflow, because we are not touching  any content, just removing the XML tag alone.

Thanks

My guess:

The tags influence hyphenation somehow.

Remove the tags, hyphenation ( and text composition ) changes.

Could be a bug with the applied paragraph composer.

Could be "normal" behavior for some border cases.

Could you show the screenshot of a sample text frame where this happens?

Perhaps also a download link to an InDesign document?

Hi Uwe

There is no hypenation change, word break change or no single word movement in this page. But if we untag xml bottom line goes to next page.

I share the video file for your reference in the below link

Hi Ganesh,

seems that the bottom most baseline in the text frame will not be recognized.

Could be a rounding error…

What should help: Change the height of the text frames a bit.
