Why is Indesign asking to "Save As" for an existing saved file?

When I open an exitsing file and make some changes and click "SAVE" it forces me to make a "SAVE AS" when the only thing I want is to save the existing file after making some changes. Why is this happening? Its happenimg to different files, not only one.

It is normal behaviour when you open file with newer version of indesign that's maked with older version of indesign.
