Win10: very unstable, too many background processes of Adobe? e.g. Adobe CEP HTML Engine

What does these entries mean (ID was frozen)?

Yes, of course – that's the problem of this bug: too many posts with too less solutions 😞

Can't work with this too expensive program anymore.  😞
