Hi,

Since last week I have the problem when I boot my PC it freezes for 5 minutes. I can't open programs or press any buttons.
After 5 min all buttons I pressed go into action and all programs start. I figured out it was because of Acrobat DC.

After a Windows clean install I downloaded the standalone version of Acrobat, the problem is gone.

Now the problem is back but with InDesign CC. I'm thinking the problem lies with Adobe CC.

Everything is up-to-date.

Does anyone having the same problem or having a solution to this?

Edit

Since the update of Adobe CC. The problem worsened.

It freezes on startup of my pc and on startup of Adobe cc and so far with only with ID cc.

Thank you in advance

Cynthia

Do not reply to that user - its a spam account. Check your startup items and see if there are any Adobe Creative Cloud items starting on launch.
