Working in the same document and same time with multiple users InDesign

I work creating catalogs with our products (around 80 pages), pricing and stocking changes all the time, sometimes we would have to remove pages, or just couple of items. Is there a way I can work with multiple users in the same document at the same time. If not, will InDesign come up with something similar in the near future.

Im not a fan of using multiple programs (incopy and indesign) to create a simple document. Its not really productive when making changes on single sentences or numbers. There are programs online, but Im trying to stay in the Adobe ecosystem.

No, it is impossible to have more than one user on an InDesign document. But if you work on large documents, why don't you split them in smaller ones?

IMHO, InCopy is a great tool if you need to assign some parts to many users, but there is a limitation: InCopy does not allow users to modify the layout, only the frames content.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. I agree with @jmlevy's response. I'd also request checking out this help article(https://helpx.adobe.com/in/incopy/using/using-incopy-workflow.html) for more information on InCopy workflows. Hope it helps.

Regards,

Ashutosh
