Windows 10でディテールの強化がエラーになる

ディテールの強化を使おうとすると「ディテールの強化にはWindows 10 October 2018 Update以降が必要です」とのエラーメッセージが出て先に進むことができません。
OSはWindows 10 バージョン1909　ビルド18363.535です。仕様は満たしているように思えるのですが、解決方法を教えていただけると助かります。

Other wise this looks more like an OS system design error than anything to do with Lightroom . . .

Can you hardware run GPU acceleration in Lightroom prefs?

My Lightroom Classic version is 9.1, build 201911291132-64cf80b4.

And hardware acceraration is complete by NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB.

Hi there,

Sorry that you're getting an error message "Enhance Details requires Windows 10 October 2018 update or later" while using the Enhance Detail tool in Lightroom Classic. 

Which version of Lightroom Classic are you using? You can check that by going to Help > System Info

I undrstood Microsoft delivered October 2018 update with some bug. So I made October 2018 update manually when Microsoft provideed updated version. And now I updated OS to version 1909 which is brand new version.
I checked this similar discussion. However is was happend with earlyer version of 2018 update. And my problem is happend with newest version of Windows 10, 1909.

My Lightroom Classic version is 9.1, build 201911291132-64cf80b4.

いろいろと試していますが、どうやってもLightroom ClassicがOSのバージョンを正しく認識してくれないようです。
