P: Noise reduction settings are not kept when exporting and reducing the export resolution

As described in the title. I just upgraded to Lightroom 5.0 and i have this weird problem. The exported image image results having a lot of Luminance and color noise when i use the resize module for exporting. If I export at full res there is no problem at all.
The setting that is giving me the problem is 1600px for the longer edge. If i select 3000px the image is exported correctly
Here you can see an example of a section of a photo comparing the problematic export with the correct one

I cannot reproduce this. My exports at 1600 or 1200, PV 2010 or PV 2012 are including noise reduction.

Lots of people have reported this (e.g. in the other "user-2-user" forum), however I just tested this and was unable to reproduce. Sharpening was fine too at all resolutions (sharpening is another thing that gets dropped along with noise reduction in some cases, at low resolutions).

win7/64 Lr5.0.

I dunno whether Adobe has a handle on this, at this point, but it may be worth enumerating the setup where the problem occurs, e.g.

* OS
* Lr version (for future reference).
* Export settings (including "export to" service, and export "post-process action" filters)
* File types affected.
* Develop settings applied.

I was just reviewing the lightroom journal and it sounds like Adobe is up to speed (they're working on a fix which *will* be included in the next release).

Next release to be launched in few weeks, months ... years?

This is a FINAL PRODUCT version, suppose to be used in PRODUCTION mode.

Now have to wait good will of Adobe to launch a update to use this.

Well, nice this is a freewar ... oh wait ... no, it is a HUNDRED DOLAR software.

I would guess: if this affected everybody, it would be fixed pronto, as an "emergency" release (that is what's been done in the past). But I don't have a sense of scope - is it a small percentage, or a majority... - dunno.
