It happens every times after LR has copied CR2 and autostarting converting to DNG. Converting 2 or 3 picts and then crashes. I have to restart converting manually.
Please post your Lightroom system info. When Lr crashed, were you able to submit the crash report to Adobe via the crash reporter dialog that came up and enter your email address.
I did a crash report search using your email address, it turned up no hits.

Lightroom Classic 8.3 was released today and contained a fix for this issue. Please update to 8.3 and verify that you are no longer seeing the issue. Thank you!
Hello, I am having this same issue and am on Lightroom Classic 8.4. The iMac shutsoff completely, gives the black screen of death and restarts. Please advise
