Lightroom Classic crashes when backing up catalog and looking at preferences, and doing an integrity check.

I'm running Lightroom Classic on a new MAC with Sonoma and I've recently upgraded all my external hard drives.  I'm a photographer for the USA Today and have an enormous catalog.

My crash report header is below - the full report is beyond enornmous.

My catalog is over 4 gig.

Lightroom Classic crashes during the integrity check.

I've reset preferenes during startup.   I've uninstalled Lightroom today and reinstalled the latest from Adobe CC.   Neither of those options have helped.  I've tried backing up my catalog to 3 other external hard drives and also to the local MAC hard disk - no luck and no success with any of that.

Restart, Reboot - nothing works.

Help, please.

Yep LrC 14.01 is extremely unstable. i had reported crashes over a month ago. Adobe did not fix it until now it is like they dont care. They take a lot of money but do not care when their apps are unusable for over a month

Hey @Tarquinius753! Sorry to hear we haven't met your expectations. We just released a new update for Lightroom Classic (14.1). If you haven't already, could you update the app and see if you're still experiencing these crashes? Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for your patience!

@Aleke  yes with the 14.1 update the problems seem to be fixed. But I am still very disappointed in adobe that even after a bug is reported with the crashlogs it took 2 month to fix it! The software is not cheap and thus adequate support is expected. If i'd depend on photografy for my income i would have been unable to generate income for two month.
