P: Crash with lightroom and lightroom classic

Good morning to all,

I have just taken out a subscription to lightroom and lightroom classic and I was able to upload my photos but when I click on "edit", I get an error report and then the application closes itself. I have already sent the error reports but never got a response from Adobe.

Do you have any idea what the problem is?
