Hi,
I was doing a Sync of "Noise Reduction" settings on a collection of Smart Previews and I always get the following error: "An internal error has occurred: <AgErrorID>10003</AgErrorID>"

Can you give some help to this?

Thanks

This should be fixed in Lightroom CC/Lightroom 6.

Do you have any 3rd party plug-in installed?

What version of Lightroom? What OS/version are you running?

Hi all,

Thank you for the replies.

I just redid the same sync on all photos on the PC where I have the originals (instead of just smart previews as originally) and I could properly sync all 900 photos without problems.

So, it seems this might be related to some Smart Preview issue.

Jeffrey, I'm using LR 5.2 in Win7 SP1

Cheers,
Nuno

Hi,

I've narrowed the problem down to having videos selected when applying the sync.

If I un-select videos, sync goes fine, so this seems a bug from the sync feature that is not checking if the source is a video or photo when applying a setting.

Hi Nuno,

I was able to reproduce this, and have logged a bug. The specific circumstances that cause the bug:

1. Selection includes a video and
2. Video is offline/missing and
3. Develop setting checked in the Sync dialog are not valid for video.

If any of the above are not true, the error does not occur.

Thanks!
Becky

Hey, Becky. 🙂 This bug is still present on Lightroom 5.7, at least for me:

Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
Lightroom 5.7 64-bit

Was this marked fixed and it's an issue on my end, then?
