I defined several mask presets early in LrC 12, primarily settings for Clarity and Saturation and combinations of the two. After upgrading to LrC 13.0.1 last week, I noticed something that seems strange. While the history for images where I used one of those presets shortly before upgrading, the history panel shows something like “Mask1: Update Refine Saturation Adjustment” (which make sense, but isn’t as clear as using the name of the preset like “Mask1: Clarity +50” or “Mask1: Clarity +50 Saturation +50” would be IMO), but if I apply any of these presets now (after upgrading to LrC 13.0.1), the history panel shows “Mask1: Update Point Colors” which seems completely wrong, since I have never used the new point color either globally or in a Mask.  I also tried creating a new, identical preset, with a different name, and when I apply it the history panel shows “Mask1: Update Point Colors” just like with the preset created earlier.

I've attached a couple of my mask presets, but I see similar behavor with the built in mask presets like Burn (Darken) and Teeth Whitening.

I'm running Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2

When I try to attach them, I get messages like "The attachment's clarity +50.lrtemplate content type (application/octet-stream) does not match its file extension and has been removed.".  I tried creating a zip file, but got a message saying zip files are not supported.  How do I attach these files?

@Rikk Flohr: Photography

The bug is perfectly reprducible.

Steps:

1. In masking create a new correction with any Tool (e.g  Linear Gradient)

1. Apply a Local Adjustment preset, a non Adobe one (e.g Clarity +50 , Saturation +50)

Actual result: History states

"Name of the Correction: Update Point Colors"

Mask 1: Update Point Colors

Expected Result: History should sate "Name of the Correction: Name of the Local Adjustment preset. "

Mask 1: Clarity +50, Saturation +100

It appears this only occurs with multiple sliders in the Local Adjustment Preset.  A single slider preset doesn't appear to affect the History panel adversely.

I see the issue with both of the mask presets in the linked zip file.  One of them (Clarity +50) has changes only to one slider (the Clarity slider).  I also saw the issue when I applied a builtin preset (e.g. Burn (Darken) or Teeth Whitening).
