P: Localization errors and inconsistencies in Help for keyboard shortcuts in LR 13.3

LR 13.3 fixed most of the keyboard shortcuts displayed in Help having incorrect localizations and inconsistent spacing and case, but it introduced many new errors.

Most are for the new commands Generative AI and Object Aware, using the wrong localizations for Command and Control instead of the ones established for each language:

EN: Cmd instead of Command, Ctrl instead of Control

DE: Cmd instead of Befehl, Ctrl instead of Str

ES: Cmd instead of Comando, Ctrl instead of Control

FR: Cmd instead of Commande, Ctrl instead of Contrôle

IT: Cmd instead of Comand, Ctrl instead of Control

JP: Cmd instead of Command

KO: Cmd instead of Command, Ctrl instead of Control

NB: Cmd instead of Kommando, Ctrl instead of Control

NL: Cmd instead of Command, Ctrl instead of Control

PL: Cmd instead of Command, Ctrl instead of Control

PT: Cmd instead of Command, Ctrl instead of Control

RU: Cmd instead of Command, Ctrl instead of Control

SV: Cmd instead of Kommando

TH: Cmd instead of Command, Ctrl instead of Control

ZH_CN: Cmd instead of Command

ZH_TW: Cmd instead of Command

These newly added shortcuts also used inconsistent spacing, e.g. "Ctrl+F" instead of "Ctrl + F" in ZH_TW. The convention in TranslatedStrings is to use spaces around the "+".

There still remain other instances of inconsistent spacing and case that haven't been fixed, such as:

- "Command + Shift +  J" (two spaces before J) in many languages

- "Ta bort" instead of "Ta Bort" in SV.

- "Comando + Opzione+ freccia su" in IT.

And a typo "\\" instead of "\" for ShowFilterBar in PL.

These minor errors make LR look sloppy, like the team doesn't care.

The complete list generated by my Any Shortcut plugin is attached (errors.txt).

@Rikk Flohr: Photography@Rick Spaulding -,  most but not all of these were fixed, and a few new ones were introduced. I'll file a new bug report.
