P: Rotate Left and Rotate Right not greyed out in video context menu

Rotate Left and Rotate Right are not greyed out in the right-click context menu for videos in Library:

They should be greyed out.

Tested on LR 11.5 / Mac OS 12.4.

Note that Rotate Left and Right are correctly greyed out in the Photo menu when a video is selected.
