Відміна підписки. Списання грошей із мого рахунку за підписку, яку я скасувала.

Маю проблему із скасуванням підписки на Лайтрум Класік. Я спробувала кілька днів безкоштовної пробної версії та відмінила підписку. Проте сьогодні з мого рахунку списали гроші. Хотіла б вирішити це питання: повернути свої гроші та скасувати підписку назовсім.
