Öfters Abstürze, sehr oft wird eine Neuanmeldung am Adobe Konto verlangt

Guten Tag!

Ich habe in letzter Zeit öfters Probleme mit Abstürzen von Lightroom Classic. Ebenso muss ich mich damit verbunden immer wieder neu am Adobe Konto anmelden. Das ist alles sehr lästig und tritt erst seit ein paar Wochen auf. Zuvor gab es das Problem nicht. Es ist die aktuellste Version installiert. Ich arbeite mit Windows 11. Vielleicht kann wer helfen - danke!

I do not know why you would need to log out then login. that seems odd.

Also, where are you logging out/in/out/in? From LrC? Or in your copy of Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop?

Now, actually, you would sign in/out/in.. via the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop.

 

Try this. In your copy of Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop, sign out, wait a minute, then sign in. Pay close attention for any error message, for any note(s). If none, move on to starting LrC.

Please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be obtained via the LrC Help > System Info menu item. 

 

Note that the text in the 'System Info' dialog can be pasted into your next forum post.
