This issue seems to have been in existence for quite some time - I just had it happening here.
Lightroom Classic 10.3; MacOS 11.4.

 

Any ideas to get this sorted and get on with a functional library?

On a MAC, what I am referring to below, should have gone away as Logitech no longer support the following on MACOS. maybe that has changed.

 

moving to point

 

Do you have the LogOptions plug-in installed and activated?

 

Known POS, and often causes that error, especially if you were accomplishing a multi image remove.

2. Are you seeing grey thumbnails in Library Grid view?
