Hi. I use LRC on my iMac and upload all images on to a local drive.
I will then create a collection and use Sync to Lightroom to show clients via web link or then do light editing on iPad.
After finished I remove from Sync with Lightroom. I am now getting a message saying all my 20gb storage is used up.
I don't understand how or what is using this up. Can anyone help??
Thanks, Mark.

You can review cloud-stored items at https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents
Check the Cloud Documents and Synced Files in particular.
Remember to empty your deleted items as they consume space.

In looking a little deeper at the account associated with the email you use in this forum, I see quite a few photos imported from your iPad, many of them from several years ago. It looks like those photos may be consuming your quota.

You can easily find out in the library which pictures are synced :
FYI, pictures synced from mobile devices are stored in full-res in the cloud.
Pictures synced from collections in LrC, on the other hand, are stored only as smart previews and do not count towards the 20 GB limit.
Hope that helps,
Michael
