I see your Operating System is Windows. What one? Is it Windows 7, or Windows 10?

 

If it is Windows 7, then you may have an issue with the Transport Security Layer (TLS) on your computer, Due to security concerns the Adobe servers no longer accept TLS 1.0 or 1.1 and need you to have TLS 1.2
