Add Hyperlink to portfolio album

Hello

I am using adobe portfolio to give an insight at my photos and fot thids purpose I add only a sample of the photos in the portfolio album; iI would like to add an hyperlink to the name of the album that connects to the entire list of my photos that are on a google photoalbum.

Cant this be done ?
