Adding LRTEMPLATE file to lightroom keeps causing it to crash.

I purchased some brushes for lightroom. Everytime I try to add the adj. brushes, lightroom crashes.

I select settings>presets> highlight the brushes I want to import>crash.
I've uninstalled the program and reinstalled. I've turned off the GPU stuff, still crashed.

Would really appreciate any help with this, thank you!

Have you contacted the developers or other users of these brushes for their success or issues perhaps?
