Adjustment Brush intensity arrow in Lightroom

Lightroom - Any tips for making the intensity (amount) arrowhead (triangle) of adjustment brush visible again?

This issue has been reported earlier but with the French language, so it looks like it is affecting your language setting (Portuguese?) as well.

The bug report is here:

Lightroom Classic: Local adjustement panels truncated on the right side French Version 

It looks like the bug is still in a open/unresolved status.

The only workaround that I know of is to change language back to English.
