Adjustment sliders locked in lightroom classic

Hi,

I'm having issues with my adjustment sliders in lightroom classic. I have lost the ability to drag and drop them, I can only move them by clicking somewhere else on the bar. When I try and drag and drop nothing happens. Is there a setting to lock them? I am wondering if I have done that accidentally....

I'm on windows version 10.2.
