Hi!

I keep getting emails from message@adobe.com that I need to update my credit card information to be able to pay my invoice for Lightroom.

The invoice is already paid, by the 15 september as it should. The last email says that they will shut down my subscription if it isn't dealt with.

Anyone knows what to do?

Best regards!

Are you sure that the email ist really from Adobe and not from a scammer? Moving the mouse over the link in the mail shows the culprit (in Thunderbird in the bottom left corner)

Yes, sounds like it is a scam to me.

These ip addresses seems correct for me, but i am not an ip-specialist.  You may go to your Adobe profile via Creative Cloud, there ist the date of your next payment and an indication of your payment method (last 4 characters of your Bank- or Card account).
