Hello Support,

i have a problem to activate my Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6.

I'm getting the following error message (translated from german):

"The serial number **** is already used by the maximum allowed number of computers. You need to disable the software on another device..."

Since my systems were broken some time ago, i wasn't able to deactivate it.

I have no active installation and i'm not able to activate it. Can you please help me?

Best regards,

Mario

See the 'correct' answer given here-

Activation or Deactivation versions of Lightroom

Or-

Begin a secure chat session at-

If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device, a different computer, smartphone, or tablet to begin the interaction.

You need to be logged in with this forum. Your browser must allow cookies.

You must NOT ask for "Support". Only request an "Activation Reset"

You will need you Serial Number for v6 (AND any previous versions if v6 was an upgrade for you)

Regards. My System: Lightroom-Classic 13.2 Photoshop 25.5, ACR 16.2, Lightroom 7.2, Lr-iOS 9.0.1, Bridge 14.0.2, Windows-11.
