adobe lightroom classic has encountered a problem and may be closed

Bonjour,

 J'ai ce message à chaque démarrage de lightroom et je ne peux pas m'en servir. Photoshop n'affiche pas de message au démarrage.. C'est peut-être lié à creative cloud: souvent l'application ne fonctionne pas, et une fois de plus j'ai dû la réinstaller... mais si je clique sur le raccourci "Adobe creative cloud" rien ne se passe... 

 

Comment résoudre le problème? 

Hello,

I get this message every time I start lightroom and I can't use it. Photoshop does not display a messageat start. It may be related to creative cloud: often the application does not work, and once again I had to reinstall it ... but if I click on the "Adobe creative cloud" shortcut nothing happens. ..

 

How to solve the problem?

The first thing that you should try is to switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue.

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.

Another step is to try to reset the Lightroom preferences.

If this doesn't help we need more informations about your environment.

Which operating system do you use?

Which version of Lightroom do you use?

Please post the exact version and not only phrases as "recent", "latest" and so on.

 

If you have already problems with the Creative Cloud Desktop app. I would recommend a clean reinstallation. Please follow the steps below:

 

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
