Hi, i have the CD version of Adobe photoshop Lightroom 6 (macOS) . Unfortunetely i had to default my laptop to original settings, meaning loosing all the data and files. Now i cannot upload lightroom although i have the srial number etc. Everytime im trying to do this a screen pops up with a message that there is no internet connection although there is. What is happening ?
I know that adobe does not support thr CD version anymore but having the CD and serial. number should upload the program.
With regards, Lucas

What MacOS version?
Lr6 uses a 32bit installer that will not work in 64bit OS systems.

There were a couple of issues reported here-

You might try the download of v6.14 (the very last, and most stable, upgrade to v6..0) from this link- Lightroom 6 End of Support
(PS.Do NOT install the Creative Cloud Desktop App. This would make your v6 a Subscription version.)
