Anyone else new to adobe portfolio finding it just ridiculously over complicated and user unfriendly? Support articles are full of Adobe jargon that presumes a lot of experience. I have used LRC exclusively for past 8 years and used other photo-sharing sites with little difficulty.
Any suggestions? Thanks for any help.

Thanks. . Specifically I would like to import a batch of images into a page directly from LRC. and then share a link to this site. I would like a step by step tutorial video to show me. That is up to date with 2020 + versions of lrc.

The easiest way is:
The key to working with LR and Portfolio is the integrations with the synced collections. If you change the images in LR, you need to go into Portfolio, to the integration, and "reset" it (means "refresh").
Alternatively instead of steps 2 and 3, you can go directly to Portfolio, go to Integrations and create a new one. But go through steps 2 and 3 first. Try this and it'll soon start to make sense.
You can do it all without syncing but it's a pain to maintain. You'd have to export the files from LR, then go into Portfolio to set up a new page, and the page has upload buttons.

The easiest way is:
- sync a collection in LR Classic
- go to that collection in Lr Web
- click the 3 dot menu at the top right and choose Send to Portfolio - this creates what Portfolio calls an "integration" or link to the synced collection
- go to https://portfolio.adobe.com
- click Update Live Site
- copy the link from the page
