adobe profiles missing in phoyoshop and lightroom PC

Adobe Landscape, Vivid, etc not showing in lightroom classic and photoshop in camera raw 

i tray to use DNG and RAW files but still not showing up

what can do?

i just need those profiles no important what types of files DNG,JPG,RAW itc

but in folder: 

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Lightroom Classic\Resources\CameraProfiles

have

You may be unknowingly editing a non-raw file (e.g. a JPEG or TIFF) -- this is a common mistake. The Adobe profiles are available only for raws. Double-check by looking at the top of the filmstrip:

i have a lot of old lightroom presets in lightroom mobile but when i work in web i do not
